Notice

• Children up to 2 years old free of charge, no bed guaranteed.

• Child bed possible to rent for 80 CZK per day.

• Dogs needs to be agreed prior your booking – fee 150 CZK per day.

 

Catering

• In summer period is the price without any meal, but it´s possible to buy additionally the breakfast.

•  In winter period it is possible to buy additionaly the „Half Board“.

 

Not included in the price list

• Recreation and local fee is 14 CZK per person and night.
• Local fee for a kid is 4 CZK per kid and night.

 

Included in final price

• Accommodation including VAT

• Linen + towel, WiFi

• Consumption of water and electricity

• In summer period it´s possible to park directly in front of the pension – free of charge.

• In winter period is parking possible only at central parking place for 100 CZK per day. If you purchase SKI-Pass for 5-7 days, than the parking is free of charge as well.

• In winter period it is secured to get your belongings from the central parking place to the pension and again back to your car parking place.

• It is possible to use small swimming pool outside (for sommer period), have a barbeque party on garden, to play on Children place outside.

• Clean-up at the end of your stay is secured by the house owner.

Remarks

• In case of smaller group of people (up-to 15 persons) the price shall be agreed prior to your stay individually.

• Deposit cannot be given back – individual agreement.

• In case of the stay just for one night the price will be doubled.

Conditions and FAQ

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in possible at 3 p.m. at earliest, if not agreed differently. Check-out till 10 a.m., if not agreed differently. The sum for the stay have to be paid directly during Check-in. During the full stay you need to accept the inner policy of the owner. This policy hangs at each room. If you violate the internal policy of the owner, the owner has the full right to terminate your stay immediately without any refunds.

 

Reservation and cancelation fee

Your initial booking you can do via phone or e-mail. Please, let us know your full name, address and contact data like Phone No. and e-mail. Furthermore your wished term and scope of wished services. Your reservation will be processed and obligatory confirmed or disagreed based on actual capacity availability in that wished period

 

Payment of deposit or of an additional payment

Deposit of 20% of final price is necessary, not necessary only in cases of reservation issued 5 and less days prior the start of the stay.

The deposit has to be paid 5 days before confirmed start of the stay. If this not happen, such reservation needs to be considered as cancelled. The deposit you can pay cash or via bank account if you have got the reservation confirmation. The rest of price you need to pay immediately during your check-in. 

 

Cancelation fee

In case of Cancelation of the stay by the customer following fees needs to be charged to customer:

• 20% of paid deposit if cancelation was sent out 30 days prior the start of confirmed stay
• 40% of paid deposit if cancelation was sent out 21 days prior the start of confirmed stay
• 70% of paid deposit if cancelation was sent out 14 days prior the start of confirmed stay
• 100% of paid deposit if cancelation was sent out 7 days prior the start of confirmed stay or the customer will even not check-in

 

The day, when the cancelation announcement arrived to our house is also counted in cancelation period. The starting day of the stay is not counted in cancelation period. If the stay will be cancelled only partially, in this case the cancellation fee won´t be required.
